Program Statement

More Than A Home (MTAH) Adult Family Home(s) are located in quiet residential communities. At MTAH we are dedicated to helping individuals maximize their full potential in a compassionate, caring, and competent environment. We strive to make a positive difference in every life we touch by, promoting health, safety, fostering independence, and individualism. More Than A Home offers a continuum of care and services enabling us to meet the needs of individuals with a wide range of disabilities. We provide a family environment and a holistic approach to care that encourages integration into, rather than isolation, from the surrounding community.

The staff of More Than A Home consists of experienced professionals that are committed to excellence. Employees are trained to foster a caring relationship with residents by exhibiting thoughtfulness, patience, and understanding. We promote independence and growth in our residents by respecting each resident opinion, religious, and political preference.
